10% of the world population is blessed with left-handedness.
There's a myth that the life span of left-handed people is short. When the reason is asked for this, people say that most of the accessories of our daily requirements are designed as per right-hand. But is this true? Some of the right-handed people also have short life span. That doesn't mean that the accessory was meant for left-handed people!
Medical research has consistently shown that the brains of left- and right-handers are wired differently, noting that while the parts of the brain that control motor, language and spatial processing skills are used differently, they appear anatomically the same.
